Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Dare or Dare ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create challenges involving monetary rewards. By creating or participating in a challenge, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Challenges & Rewards
Creators must deposit the full reward amount into escrow before a challenge is published. The Platform charges a 12% fee (minimum Rp 2,000) on each funded challenge. Rewards are held in escrow until a verified winner is selected.
4. Submissions
All submissions must be original content created by the participant. Submitting stolen, manipulated, or AI-generated content as original work is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
5. Prohibited Content
Challenges and submissions involving illegal activities, hate speech, violence, self-harm, sexual content, gambling, or any activity that endangers participants are strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules.
6. Payments & Payouts
Winners receive payouts within 2 business days of winner confirmation. Payouts are made to verified Indonesian bank accounts. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or incorrect account information.
7. Disputes
If you believe a judging decision was unfair, you may file a dispute within 7 days of the decision. Platform moderators review evidence from both parties and issue a binding resolution within 5 business days.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform acts as a marketplace facilitator. We do not guarantee the quality of submissions, the fairness of creator judgments (subject to moderation review), or the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion. Users may delete their account at any time, subject to the resolution of any outstanding financial obligations.
